SchoolAdvisor - MySky Networks

MySky Networks provide my school with a full network solution at a monthly fee. The solution includes Broadband, Security with a firewall, WiFi, Switches and pro-active monitoring of all of this. I find that paying a monthly fee for a full service allows me to plan my monthly costs. The monthly fee comes with a 8 x 5 SLA to ensure that we have someone to call for any issues, and because it is pro-active monitoring, they often tell us of any issues before we are even aware of it. The biggest benefit for us is that everything just works and customer service is great, in this country the biggest thing is customer service and a reliable network.

Our group has multiple schools all over South Africa. We have tried multiple other vendors in the past to install and manage our Wi-Fi and switching environment. Since we moved to MySky Networks, we have done many seamless roll-outs - from site surveys to quoting, installation and support. There professional skills and knowledge on Aruba products is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to any school who wants a Wi-Fi solution that "Just works".

We have enjoyed using the WIFI ovens as they allow connectivity in areas such as Limpopo when we go and implement the projects. The only concern we have had is pricing. Since we are donor-funded, we would prefer to have an average of the data usage and charged accordingly. Other than that, we have been very happy with the service received.
